• The order you place on this website will constitute a binding contract and cannot be cancelled. VERO will make every effort to allow for cancellations or changes but that is not guaranteed. VERO reserves the right to refuse orders especially in circumstances of unpaid orders or creditworthiness.
• Orders will be delivered to the address you specify when placing the order. VERO will notify you via email when an order has been shipped (generally within 2 working days). Deliveries can be made only in India.

Pricing, Availability and Delivery

• The prices payable for the items you order are those displayed on this website on the date you place your order are inclusive of all applicable taxes but exclusive of shipping charges & cash on deliver charges unless stated otherwise.
• On completion of order, a confirmation (or order review) will allow you to see shipping charges & Cash on delivery charges as added.
• Shipping charges will be billed at the rates indicated on this website on the date you place your order, calculated notably in function of the size of the order and the delivery method you select. Shipping charges may vary depending on the final destination of the order to be shipped. Free shipping will be available strictly as per VERO’s internal policy at the sole discretion of VERO and may change from time to time.
• Please note that dispatch estimates mentioned on the website are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
• You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes/VAT, cesses etc. levied thereon.

Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

• There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. • The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Conditions for return:

• Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
• Products/Items should be UNUSED incase you have received a wrong product.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Refunds

• We will process the refund after receipt of the product by VERO. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
• Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
• Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
• For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.

Verification of Merchandise

• It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery.
• In case you observe damage or missing items, you must notify and inform VERO within 48 hours after the delivery.
• VERO shall in such a case provide you with identical replacement merchandise or refund as per VERO’s refund policy.

Payment

• Invoices are due for payment immediately on placement of order except for orders eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).
• VERO uses Razorpay to ensure that your transaction is conducted in a secure manner.
• While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
• All payments made against the purchases/services on Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website.

Machine Warranty

• Machines purchased on this website are covered under a warranty as given by the machine manufacturer pursuant to the specific terms and conditions listed in the original product documentation for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase as mentioned on the proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

• VERO will make every reasonable effort to fulfill its obligations. However, VERO  cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• The present General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale are governed by the law of the country of incorporation of the VERO Coffee and Beverages Private Limited the company that invoices you for the order. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
